Mario Party Pocket Birthday Bash Board Map

Well, here we are! This was the first board that I finished for Mario Party Pocket! Now, for those who are about to point the resemblance to Peach's Birthday Cake from MP1, please let me explain. This board serves a couple of functions. First it acts as a proof of concept for designing these boards going forward, and it's worked. Second, I wanted to pay homage to my first love by including a past board concept. However, I thought it was cheap to just redraw Peach's Birthday Cake and slap it into my game. Instead, I gave the board a redesign, making it resemble a more generic Birthday rather than a Peachy girly one. The board events follow this too. The flower lottery is switched out with birthday presents, and the Piranha Plants that are used to steal stars are replaced by Strawberry bombs that explode. The second image is a placeholder layout of the board's path, which was made using Party Planner 64. Seeing this board makes me excited for the future of this project, I really hope I get to make a demo for this game someday!
